No. TABB uses the latest web technology, called Progressive Web App, running in your web browser, so you don't need to download TABB.
The Progressive Web App (PWA) is called the future of an app. Just like you, today's smartphone users hardly wants to download another app. A PWA runs in the web browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox, but behaves exactly the same as native apps. So, it does not require any new experience for using it. Additionally, you can save your phone memory and the data usage is far less than native apps.
When you're seated in a table in a certain restaurant, you need to tell the system where you're seated exactly - which restaurant and which table. That's a check-in and all you have to do is to scan the QR code from your table.
An iPhone user can use the camera app to scan the QR code. But, an Android phone is a little tricky because it might vary by the devices depending on the makes and the models.
If you have a SNAPCHAT app, focus on the QR code and long-press the screen just like you take a video. If you have a FACEBOOk app, go to the MAIN MENU > SEE MORE > QR CODE.

Just like you dine in, please have a table and scan the QR code to let the restaurant know in which table you're seated. Then, your meal will be served to your table.
You can go to the counter and identify yourself with your registered user name or the mobile receipt. That's it. The restaurant knows what your order is. No matter how crowded the place is, you can skip the queue.
There are already more than 5 delivery apps in Kuwait and they already made your life easier.
